Don't put so much pressure on yourself; write for the joy of it and book for the joy of it. Everyone is different but I have historic issues with struggling to maintain output or interest in a project, so I spent a month mapping out my storylines, booking myself ahead, and getting into a position where it doesn't feel like a chore. I think the main point to take away is that your actual content is just context; rosters, show previews, events lists. These things set a scene, but they aren't actual content - characterisation, conflict and resolution, the ebb and flow of a match, he said this and she said that - these are what give your story and project the meat on the bones.
A bit of advice that seemed silly when I was younger but has become absolutely critical to me is to write for yourself and yourself only. What everyone else wants is irrelevant for the most part, especially if it's not in-line with what you're trying to achieve. Choose what it is you're wanting to do with your BTB, and then stay true to it - but, yes, posting 'TBA' and safeguarding 50 posts ahead, ask yourself what that actually achieves (I know if I had to fill 50 pre-posts with content, I'd end up on the 2nd page before I caught up!)
I'm pretty new here, so I'm no authority on the matter, but just make an honest attempt to do something you're happy to write, and the rest will follow.
