THE CREED BROTHERS WITH IVY NILE VS THE MIGHTY DON’T FAIL The WWE Vengeance Day kickoff show began with a tag team men’s division match. Between the two teams of the Creed Brothers who had Ivy Nile in their corner and the team of The Mighty Don’t Fail members Xyon Quinn & Bronson Reed. It culminated in Quinn hoisting Brutus Creed up onto his shoulders and tagging in Reed. From here Quinn hit a Samoan Drop on Creed then Reed launched himself off the top rope with the Tsunami Splash for the win. WINNERS: THE MIGHTY DON’T FAIL
CHAD GABLE VS OTIS
Next a battle between former stablemates took place as Chad Gable faced off with Otis in one on one action. The bigger man aka Otis had his time to shine but in the end found himself trapped in the Gable Lock and he had to tap out. WINNER: CHAD GABLE
MANDY ROSE WITH TOXIC ATTRACTION VS LYRA VALKYRIA The third and final match on the WWE Vengeance Day kickoff show was a one on one women’s division match. Which pitted the leader of Toxic Attraction Mandy Rose against Lyra Valkyria. Despite a good effort from Valkyria it came to a halt when Gigi Dolin distracted the ref which allowed Jacy Jayne to enter the ring and attack Valkyria. As a result this set Valkyria up for a Bicycle Knee from Rose for the win. WINNER: MANDY ROSE
NUMBER ONE CONTENDER - WWE CHAMPIONSHIP EDGE VS JOHNNY GARGANO
The 2023 edition of the WWE Vengeance Day pay per view event began with a one on one men’s division match. Where the winner would go onto WrestleMania 39 to challenge for the WWE Championship. It featured the duo of the “Rated R Superstar” Edge and Johnny “Johnny Wrestling” Gargano. This was one hell of a first time ever match that lasted just shy of twenty minutes. It came to its conclusion after Gargano stepped out of the way of an attempted Spear from his opponent and proceeded to grab him and lock him in the Garga-No-Escape and Edge tapped. WINNER: JOHNNY GARGANO
WWE WOMEN’S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
DAMAGE CTRL WITH BAYLEY(C) VS THE WAY
Next the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match between Damage CTRL(c) and the Way’s Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell took place. It lasted for around ten minutes and by all accounts it looked like the duo of Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky were going to retain their gold thanks to help from Bayley. However Roxanne Perez would come out and attack Bayley which allowed Hartwell to roll Sky up for the win. WINNERS & NEW WWE WOMEN’S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: THE WAY
WWE RAW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP JUDGMENT DAY WITH RHEA RIPLEY(C) VS THE CLUB
The third match saw a six man tag team match take place with the WWE RAW Tag Team Championship on the line. All three male members of the defending champions aka Judgment Day(c) and all three members of the Club would take part in the match and tags didn’t need to happen. In the end the duo of Finn Balor and “Dirty” Dominick Mysterio would isolate Karl Anderson and hit a combination of Balor’s 1916 and Mysterio’s Frog Splash with the latter getting the pin. WINNERS & STILL WWE RAW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: JUDGMENT DAY
WWE UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP ILJA DRAGUNOV(C) VS SETH ROLLINS
After that the WWE United States Championship match happened and it featured the reigning and defending champion Ilja Dragunov(c) and the challenger Seth Rollins. Just like the opening contest between Edge and Johnny Gargano, this first time ever match was an instant classic. Dragunov moved out of the way of an attempted Curb Stomp from Rollins which caused the latter to land unsteadily on his foot. From here Dragunov righted himself and then backed up and proceeded to hit Torpedo Moscow for the win. WINNER & STILL WWE USC: ILJA DRAGUNOV
WWE RAW WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP BIANCA BELAIR(C) VS TIFFANY STRATTON The penultimate match of the night saw the “BEST OF WWE” Bianca Belair(c) attempted and successfully retain the WWE RAW Women’s Championship against the “Center of the Universe’ Tiffany Stratton. Belair was able to do this by moving out of the way of an attempted Prettiest Moonsault Ever and then got back to her feet and dragged Stratton up for and hit the KOD for the win. WINNER & STILL WWE RAW WOMEN’S CHAMPION: BIANCA BELAIR
WWE CHAMPIONSHIP TOMMASO CIAMPA(C) VS BOBBY LASHLEY
Finally the show ended with the WWE Championship match between the defending champion Tommaso Ciampa(c) and the challenger Bobby Lashley. This was a rematch from the 2023 WWE Royal Rumble pay per view where Ciampa beat Lashley for the title. After around half an hour of back and forth brilliance the Black Heart of WWE aka Ciampa walked out as the winner thanks to the Willows Bell. WINNER & STILL WWE CHAMPION: TOMMASO CIAMPA
ROAD TO NO WAY OUT WWE UNIVERSAL CHAMPIONSHIP ROMAN REIGNS(C) VS DREW MCINTYRE
The first match announced for the Smackdown presented WWE No Way Out ppv event was a one on one match for the WWE Universal Championship. Between the reigning and defending champion the “Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns(c) and the challenger Drew McIntyre.
WWE SD WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP EMMA DASHWOOD(C) VS CHARLOTTE FLAIR
The second match announced for the event was a Royal Rumble rematch for the WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship. Between the current champion Emma Dashwoo(c) and the former champion Charlotte Flair.
WWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP GUNTHER(C) VS CAMERON GRIMES The third match announced for the event was a one on one match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Between the reigning champion the “Ring General” Gunther(c) and the challenger “To the Moon” Cameron Grimes.
WWE SD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP CHASE U WITH THEA HAIL(C) VSEDRIS ENOFE & MALIK BLADE The fourth match announced for the event was a men’s division tag team match. For the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championship between the defending champions Chase U(c) and the challengers Edris Enofe & Malik Blade.

The fifth match and the final championship match announced for WWE No Way Out was a women’s division match. For the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship between the current champions the Way (Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell)(c) and the former champions Damage CTRL (Iyo Sky & Dakota Kai).
KICKOFF SHOW MATCHES The kickoff show of WWE No Way Out was revealed to be made up of two matches. The first a one on one men’s division match between Bron Breaker and Shinsuke Nakamura. The second and final match was a triple threat women’s division match. Between Naomi, Nikkita Lyons and Blair Davenport.
