Morgans a surprising rarity thesedays, a giant that can work a good match. As others have mentioned the established big men don't have long left in their careers, Morgan is still relatively young enough to get maybe even another decade out of at a stretch. WWE needs a big man for the future. cant just have all these 5'8 indy guys running around for the next ten years, need some variety/a monster heel.

He should never have signed that new deal after his TNA contract expired last year. There was that issue with the TNA/WWE lawsuit but surely he could have found some other work elsewhere rather than continuing to go backwards in TNA.

This is a great move for him and a terrible move for TNA. This guy had all the talent required to be a huge star for them but for whatever reason they kept holding him back. He should have been a star for TNA years ago, especially with his extra exposure on American Gladiators, they should have capitalised on that.

WWE would be crazy not to sign him. He has improved immensely since he was last under contract with WWE and he could easily slot into the upper midcard. Huge guy that can talk and move around the ring, should be a no brainer. Undertaker, Kane, Khali etc. don't have long left and they need to be replaced. Morgan is 36 so he has at least five years left in him.

Don't know about some of that, to me Morgan was a guy who the fans just didn't connect with in TNA, not knocking the guy, but he was given a decent size push at least for awhile and it just didn't work out for him.

Gotta agree, real sad to not see this guy go big. He had his shots. Maybe his experience will take him big time to WWE? IDK

I think that fans connected with him. Early on when he was a heel the issue was that he kept getting thrown in random tag teams rather than TNA giving the guy a chance as a singles wrestler. When he did turn face and actually start his singles run the crowd were behind him. TNA loved to toy with him though whenever he had a World title shot, I can't remember if he ever had a title shot which didn't include some sort of dodgy ref decision or a run in to cost him the match. They had their chance in late 2010 to make him a star but they missed their chance.

Morgan was always booked badly, random tagteams and he seemed to have a heel/face turn every second week at times.
