Pretty much the only useful information that I've read so far, possibly apart from the last part, lol. In all seriousness C4, it's only ever going to come down to (fuck the puns) self control, and distraction.

When I found I was doing it too much, I realised it was because I had so much free time to fuck around with. So I just did my best to occupy my free time, which usually meant getting off my computer when I had nothing to do, and just going for a drive. Obviously that won't work for everyone, but you get the idea.

Getting a girlfriend doesn't really mean squat, in my opinion. IF you're doing it so much now, won't you just want to do it as much when you get her, or even try and get her to do it for you? Seems kind of redundant, imo.
