- As of today, Thor: The Dark World has made $629 million at the worldwide box office. The film has passed Iron Man 2 and is now the third highest grossing Avengers related Marvel film to date. Here is a breakdown of how the Avengers related Marvel films have done at the worldwide box office…

The Avengers - $1.5 billion
Iron Man 3 - $1.2 billion
Thor: The Dark World - $629 million thus far
Iron Man 2 - $623 million
Iron Man - $585 million
Thor - $449 million
Captain America - $370 million
The Incredible Hulk - $263 million
Hulk - $245 million

As of now, the Avengers related Marvel films have made just over $5.8 billion at the global box office.

of note from that stat, 4 of the top 5 star RDJ. Iron Man recently became the highest grossing comic book hero of all time.

The above is the latest Marvel One-Shot to come with the home release of Thor: The Dark World. Obviously a short film starring Ben Kingsley should be awesome, but then I saw the cast listing and this guy is in it.......

Evangeline Lilly Eyed For Female Lead in Marvel’s ‘Ant-Man’ (EXCLUSIVE)

After already tapping Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas and Michel Pena to star in “Ant-Man,” Marvel is now in early talks with Evangeline Lilly for the female lead.

Edgar Wright is directing the superhero film with Kevin Feige producing. Wright also co-wrote the script with Joe Cornish. Production is set to start in April.

Plot details are still vague, but fans have suspected Wright is taking a different approach. It is unclear whom Lilly would be playing, though some insiders say she would play the daughter of Pym (Douglas) and Lang’s love interest.

Pym didn’t have a daughter in the comics, but Cornish and Wright could certainly have switched things up in their version by giving him one.

Marvel had no comment.

Lilly was most recently seen in New Line’s “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.” She is repped by Silver Lining Entertainment.

Because Hank Pym is not Ant-Man in this. I never read the comics, but I would assume when he steps back and stops being Ant-Man it's because he's too old to do it...

Paul Bettany to Play the Vision in Marvel’s ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’

Paul Bettany, best known in the Marvel world for voicing Jarvis, Tony Stark’s helpful A.I. system, will be playing the Vision in Marvel’s “The Avengers: Age of Ultron.”

Production starts next month, with director Joss Whedon and cast members like Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans. The Vision was an android created by the robotic villain Ultron, who was meant to be one of Ultron’s henchmen but who instead turns against him and becomes a hero.

Kevin Feige will produce.

Okay, so today is the reveal of the first Guardians Of The Galaxy trailer.

Patrick Wilson is in talks to land the last major role in Marvel’s “Ant-Man,” starring Paul Rudd.

Michael Douglas is set to star, with Evangeline Lilly also in talks to join the cast.

While I knew about Michael Douglas I didnt know Kate from Lost was cast and now Patrick Wilson. The cast is looking really decent can't wait.

Black Widow actress Scarlett Johansson is reportedly pregnant with her first child (due this summer) and Marvel Studios will accommodate her accordingly during her upcoming obligations for the studio.

According to E! Online, Marvel is going to "fast-track" her scenes for Marvel's The Avengers: Age of Ultron with Johansson expected on-set April 5 after she wraps her promotional tour for Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Cap 2 debuts April 4th while Avengers 2 opens May 1, 2015.

We have Avengers 2 concept art!

The Hulk/Widow pic is fairly uninteresting as it looks like it was plucked from the previous movie, but with the other two we have our first glimpse of Quicksilver & Scarlett Witch!
