Manny Pacquiao vs. Shane Mosley

This is a welterweight fight for Manny's WBO Welterweight championship to take place on May 7th.

This certainly isn't Pacquiao vs. Mayweather. Mosley is coming off a loss to Mayweather and a draw against Sergio Mora (the first Contender winner) so he isn't in great form.

I can't see Pacquiao losing this fight at all and I just wish that he would organise a fight against Mayweather.​

I think Pacquio will win by KO. He is too good and I really want him to fight Mayweather.

I agree that this won't go to the finish. KO by Pacquiao and then hopefully he will agree to fight Mayweather although unless Mayweather backs off on some of the drug testing I doubt he will do it even with ridiculous sums of money on offer.

Mayweather wants 65% of the money though that's why Pacquio refused. I think Mayweather is scared tbh lol.

I don't know why they can't just split it 50/50. They will get tens of millions each for this fight and both are as big a draw as the other. I thought that the sticking point was the drug testing since Manny didn't want blood drawn within a month of his fight.

Nah, Mayweather wanted a 65/35 split in his favour so Pacquio refused. Mayweather is just greedy

Yeah that is greedy since both will bring in a similar amount of buys.

Not sure how much of a challenge Mosley can put up to Pacquiao who is in a different league to him especially these days.

This fight would have interested me 3 years ago but now it just doesn't. Mosley isn't really relevant anymore.

Same Scott this fight has no interest anymore. Also, this could be Pac's last fight since he wants to focus on his political career, so Pac and Mayweather won't happen. Plus Floyd has some legal issues I believe going on.

No surprises here Pacquiao won by unanimous decision 119-108, 120-108, 120-107. From all reports Mosley looked his age and this was an easy fight for Pacquiao. A bit disappointed he didn't finish Mosley.

Supposedly this might set up a third fight aginst Juan Manuel Marquez. I just want Pacquiao to agree to the strict durg testing and fight Mayweather so we can see one of the last great fights left in boxing.
