Probs had a discussion with him and Black said it was due to his mental health/ he was considering retiring so Khan instead offered time off and to come back when ready.

Now regarding other people, I side with Khan. WWE just tried to tap up a bunch of talent in a super blatant way. I'd be keeping people out of spite or going, you can leave but you can't go WWE for x months or a year. Wrestle anywhere else but them.
