unsure on the injury timing but it would have been at least nice to have Black as TNT champ instead of "face" Sammy

Well the problem with that is none of that excuses Cody beating both him and Andrade before he skedaddled out the company himself and that was before Black even took time off (though he still had the back injury at the time) lol once 2022 hit and he started going through shit THEN I understand why he wasn't used as much, House of Black angle itself was marred with injuries but that isn't where they fucked up lol

I have two and it's that Tony either assumed he was staying no questions asked and had plans for it (might have been the shitty Lambert ones but still plans), or it was to get Cody to stay

Not sure which is worse tho bc both are shit reasons lol

I always loved him in WWE and thought they fuckin wasted him. Had him do that ridiculous eye patch gimmick after getting his eye gouged out by Seth Rollins and turning heel for whatever. Then literally starts a feud with Big E and just gets released two weeks later. I use Black as an example when I shit on Vince cause that infuriated me. I would love to see him come back and get a proper run.
