From what I understand, yes. The big new thing with it as of last week is just that they have two indy wrestlers rather than one from the TNA roster. But yeah, only one is suppose to get the contract, unless they change that or decide to make an exception I suppose.

That's an amazing idea. So, they get to judge twice the talent, and a brand new star doesn't need to job in his first match.

Exactly. It's an awesome idea, and I really like that they've decided to take this route with it now. But yeah, didn't know if you knew or not but you didn't miss it much. Bradley and Cage were the first ones to do the new Gut Check last week and got their results tonight, so you get to see the new format from the beginning.

Really big. Most guys are only paid by appearance. And TNA takes a percent of what they make from indys and they cannot be on indy DVD's. Life as a TNA midcarder isn't easy.
