I was hoping for an interaction between them when I knew Chef was going to be at Summer Slam and they didn’t disappoint with this. I bet Chef will still dunk on him this Tuesday during NXT though :lol

Also, he’s The Tribal Chef now

I mean, if that means that Ronda's leaving WWE, it's probably for the best. The latter half of her career has been downright abysmal and she's lost just about any mystique and appeal she had pre-2019.

Without Ronda there's no solo female PLE and zero access to WM mainevents.

Just because she was an "outsider" shouldn't negate the fact that this company did the whole women's revolution because she was there and they needed to placate the biggest female combat sport star on the planets star power to actually do these things.

People break their hands patting Sasha Banks and Bayley on their backs for what they did, but let's be really real......they were still doing nothing on the main roster until after that Rumble Asuka won where the Baddest Woman on The Planet was doing this :WM:

They didn't start their whole "Revolution thinking" because of her. They were already going down that path for a couple of years, before Ronda even signed. Hell, they had a solo Women's Match as the Main Event of a 2016 PPV.

At the end of the day, it's the same old story. Yes, she brought some main stream attention to the WWE, but most of those eyes probably didn't care one bit for anything non-Rousey related and didn't keep watching. So it probably hurt the talent in the Division more, than it actually helped the Division as a whole.

Best example is what you made out at this "big moment". Having her come in at the end of the Rumble 2018 was basically a kick to the ovaries for the rest of the division. It not only undermined Asuka's win in the first Women's Rumble, but also underlined that they didn't had any interest in an actual "revolution", since they only made the Match the Main Event, just for that moment of Ronda coming to the Ring.

The women’s revolution was going on for 3 years before she got there.

Says facts.

Keep your head in the sand.
Says you. Any match they had was way more entertaining than what Ronda put on. She was at best as good as the other women. Certainly wasn’t better and some would say worse.

Sounds like you guys are talking about 2 different things.

Sabs, sounds like you’re talking about matches while Deezy saying The Women’s Revolution til Ronda got there

Yeah Deezy sucks her off because he says she brought so many eyes to the product and she’s the only reason people cared about the women at all
