I don't find that surprising at all. Likely only gave Kofi the win to say it happened, create a "WrestleMania moment" and then move on whenever they got the chance.

And tbh yeah, I don't think Kofi is like face of your company good by any means. He's very likeable but he's not necessarily great at any facet of pro wrestling.
