I don’t generally overthink unsanctioned matches if the company just simply says that they’re waving their hands and you can do what you want, but like Adam Pierce very clearly confirmed the match here so it’s an official match. You can’t just say it’s unsanctioned.

I just listened to the Rock press conference after the show. Makes more sense now. He basically wants Cody as a Cooperate Champ and do anything he tells him . Like whoever wins the EC has not a chance of winning at mania.

Use his influence and have Cody as his guy.
