WWE SmackDown ratings down for SummerSlam fallout episode
The show still topped all of television in the 18-49 demo.
Friday's WWE SmackDown
averaged 2,093,000 viewers on Fox, down 4.6 percent from the previous week. It's the lowest audience total for the show since July 15.
SmackDown drew a 0.49 rating in the 18-49 demo, down 5.8 percent from the prior week. That's also the show's lowest number since July 15.
SmackDown did top all of television in the 18-49 demo, however, finishing 17 percent higher than the closest competition. The show also led all English-language television with a 0.25 rating in the 18-34 demo, although it did trail a few programs on the Spanish-language networks.
In total viewership, SmackDown finished sixth of the eight English-language network shows on Friday night.
As compared with the same week in 2021, SmackDown was down 3.5 percent in viewers and down 19.7 percent in the key demo. It's just the second time in the last eight weeks that the show has had a year-over-year decline in total viewers.
