For me it’s do they have a good character do the fans care about that character and can she get you to care about her and her struggles and I think Liv checks all those boxes.

And that's exactly why I love Liv. She's the perfect underdog. She's not "supposed" to be a big star but she's so dang likeable and genuine that she gets over anyway.

Cora is bad on the mic especially as a heel. Roxanne is trying to be a badass now and it’s just not working. As someone who watches NXT every week I can definitely say the hype on both of them should be tempered

I mean, if the bad ass thing isn’t working, you just change her character but as someone that watched her in Ring of Honor, I think she has a tremendous potential.

idk. I mean I personally only enjoyed the womens rumble of the two, the mens was okay, the winner made me like it more than the match itself.

I think Fallon and Sol have way more potential than Rox, Liv and Stratton. Maybe even Kelani does.
