I can definitely see him not winning, since he mentioned a few times, different “lottery tickets.” To get a title shot. I don’t know if he mentions that, if the plan isn’t to have him lose here. I know MITB is another one of these tickets, but I’m trying to remember if there is anything else. I guess maybe King of the Ring.

I feel like the fact that they keep saying his last Elimination Chamber kinda spoils that he's losing the rumble and gonna be in that match. Granted it could just mean he's on the PLE at some capacity but yeah I fully expect him to lose the rumble and be in the EC match.

I hope he wins the rumble, cashes in his cena can change the rules clause, and wins the title the same night. Then he defends it in the EC match and also wrestles the MiTB match while champ.

I really wanted him to win the Rumble, but now I think the best way they could go about it is having him lose, and not just be in the Chamber but having to win a singles match on Raw to qualify. Since he made it such a point that he hasn't won a singles match in so long, seems like they should have him do that before earning a title shot

If I was booking I have Cena beat Cody at Mania then Cody beats him at Summerslam and Cena passes the torch officially.

Or you could use it to turn Cody heel but I think that ship has long sailed lol

I don't think Cena beating Cody at Mania is necessarily the right move but I think all things considered, Cena winning is and if it's against Cody he's just the guy that has to lose the belt then for this story that's more important to me

If I was Cena I would want to win it on less popular PLEs and give the new guys the bigger shows(crazy i know). have him win a tournament to a chance at the title on a b show PLE and then just lose it a month or so later on another b show PLE.

Yeah im fine with him just entering the Rumble since that seems to be the way but he should absolutely wrestle on Raw to qualify for the Chamber.
