You just called me brother. Guess that means you’re a Hogan fan after all.my brother, I want to clarify that if you liked that show, that's great. I am not looking for any sort of validation of my opinion whatsoever.

Hogan does not use possessives thoughYou just called me brother. Guess that means you’re a Hogan fan after all.
the world champ was relegated to a pre tape as well.Yeah lemme just C+P my thoughts from another place:
- I was really just groaning over seeing guys like Hogan and Taker popping up.
- And can Triple H please just actually keep to his word and stay off screen for once
- The Rock coming out and suddenly turning babyface was one of the dumbest, most nonsensical shite moments of the whole thing. Like now that Rock is a board member he also has to wank himself and make himself the real star of the show.
- Tribal combat sucked, respectfully to anyone who liked it. It was the most basic No DQ brawl that not only WWE had done, but before all the sports entertainment shenanigans, it reminded me of an NWA match. And that's not a good thing.
- As for the other matches, they were fine. Punk/Rollins was obviously the best of the lot tho.
No Bron, no tag titles, no Damian Priest, no Finn Balor, no Gunther, I mean, fuck, nobody wants to see constant nostalgia bait because there comes a point where if you lean too heavily into it, it's no longer nostalgia bait, it's just old people running around being bigger than the current stars.
It's just not a good look at all.the world champ was relegated to a pre tape as well.
I heard mixed things about punk rollins. yes it was good but extremely formulatic, watered down and then they did the god awful multiple finisher steals and kickout, punk kicks out of everything but wins with two GTS lol. that match layout sounded like every wwe match ive ever seen on ppv. maybe not as bad as im describing as im emphasizing on the neg but still. idk man, its like they barely give a shit about the graps at all and the crowd there seems to just wanna watch 3 hours of promo or they are on their phones - where's the fucking passion
bruh there's no multiple in ring promos on a ple as far as im concerned. this is a big reach and tbh, excuse making lolIt’s cause this show was booked as a PLE instead of a Raw. On PLE’s you have 5-6 matches over 4 hours. On this show you had 4 matches over 3 hours.
It's weird because that's certainly how it felt which is fine if his plans have had to change but I dunno if it was me or not but I then felt the opposite way when he was presenting the Ula Fala to Roman. He definitely looked more sheepish and like he was setting something up there, I was honestly expecting him to attack Roman.Damn that rock segment sure felt like he was wrapping up his angles huh
I think w tko ur gonna get more of this. They wanna go full celebrity showcase like ufcLiterally all that separated this from a Vince show was the ads on the mat
