The Admiral Lord Mountevans rules (established to counter the rise of no-DQ "all-in wrestling") was indeed 6 rounds, with 2 falls, 2 submissions or a knockout to the finish, but it also restricted the moves that could be used. This had the side effect that basically nothing happened
