Jeff recommended me this piece, and I found it pretty enjoyable and a neat little mix of styles. It's definitely prog-rock but with excellent overtones of metal and punk through its guitar and drums. That said, I think the bass line was really cool too, definitely felt like a more Jazz-style bass lick. Overall, definitely worth a listen to.

@Grim Theft Auto sent me "Better Open The Door" by Motion City Soundtrack and honestly, pretty dang great.

I really like the melody with the guitar and the general tunes. This gives me those early 2000's skater vibes which is nostalgic. Really it is just a song that I can listen in any mood and be fitting. Added to my YouTube song playlist and I may show my bro this song when he gets back from his weekend trip on the Island.

Motion City Soundtrack are really fun. Drop any of their songs into an early 2000s sports game and it'd feel right at home.

This cover is for sure a more straightforward metal version, and not so much the electronic version of the original, but it's still great nonetheless.
