FBI vs. Kid Kash, Simon Diamond, and Johnny Swinger. Hardcore Justice. Kash kicks Guido in the mid-section and clamps on a side headlock. Kash tries to roll-up Guido early in the match. Tony Luke with a drop toehold on Swinger. Tony hip tosses Swinger and locks in a short-arm scissors.

Kid Kash pokes Tony in the eye and batters him in the corner with reverse knife edge chops. Tony battles back with reverse knife edges of his own, but it doesn't have the same snap that Kash's have. Kash powerslam's Tony right onto the turnbuckles. Kash executes a double-underhook, piledriver on Tony.

Simon picks Guido up for a Fireman's Carry but Guido wiggles out of it, counters with an Unprettier, and pins Simon for the win.

CW Anderson vs. 2 Cold Scorpio. Hardcore Justice. Scorpio offers a handshake in the beginning of the match but CW responds with forearm shots to Scorpio's head. CW grinds on a side headlock but Scorpio pushes him against the ropes and Irish whips him. Scorpio takes him down with a well-placed dropkick. Scorpio dazes him with quick forearm shots, runs off of the ropes, but CW catches 2 Cold with a vicious superkick. CW ducks a Scorpio roundhouse kick and counters with a left hook which sends Scorpio into dream land. CW executes a spinebuster. Scorpio puts him away with a 360-degree variation of a moonsault-legdrop.

After the match is over, 2 Cold extends his hand once again and CW reluctantly accepts it.

Brother Runt vs. Al Snow vs. Rhino. Three way dance. Hardcore Justice. Rhino attempts to eliminate Spike early with a gore. Al, who was outside the ring, trips him. Rhino with a roundhouse right to Al, and smashes his head against the turnbuckles. An angryRhino is using roughhouse tactics on Al. Runt attempts a second-rope, Sliced bread number 2 on Rhino but Rhino easily throws him in the middle of the ring. Brother Runt eliminates Al with a Sliced Bread No. 2. His celebration was short lived, though, as Rhino gores him for the win.

Tommy Dreamer vs. Raven with Mick Foley as special guest referee. Hardcore Justice. Raven Russian leg-sweeps Dreamer across the steel rails. Inside the ring, Dreamer Irish whips Raven right on a steel chair, causing him to fall over the top rope. Dreamer attempts to suplex Raven on a pair of steel chairs in the ring. But Raven counters with an Irish whip and drop toeholds Dreamer, face-first, onto one of the chairs. Dreamer suplexes Raven on a Dead End banner. Dreamer catapults him right under a ladder. Dreamer F-5's Raven but doesn't pin him. Instead, he wants to torture Raven. He wraps steel wire around Raven's mouth, trying to get him to tap.

Since it was no-disqualification, Nova and Blue Tillie interfere on Raven's behalf. Lupus gets in on the action. He executes an Alabama Jam on Dreamer. Raven handcuffs Dreamer and threatens to smack him with a chair. Dreamer's wife Teresa pleads with Raven to stop but she low-blows him, which gives Dreamer enough time to DDT him. Dreamer tried to go for yet another DDT but Raven sees it coming and counters with a chair shot to Dreamer's surgically repaired left knee. He DDT's Dreamer head-first onto a steel chair and pins him for the win.

Jeff Cobb vs. Bad Luck Fale. G1 Climax 32. Cobb hits Fale with a couple of forearm shots. Fale fights back with body blows an axe handle on Cobb's back. Cobb tries to take Fale down with a clothesline. He tries a Fireman's Carry but Fale weighs too much Fale drops an elbow on Cobb's back. Fale runs off the ropes and performs a short splash. Fale attempts a Razor's Edge but didn't have his opponent fully grabbed, so Cobb easily slid out and stunned him with a Superkick. Cobb finishes him off with his move Tour of the Islands.

Typical of Fale's matches, his clubbing blows were slow and he gassed out often. Thank God it was over in seven minutes!

Tetsuya Naito vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi. C Block. G1 Climax 32. Tanahashi puts him in an armlock and keeps it cinched in. They get in a collar-and-elbow tie-up. Tanahashi performs a cross body-block off the second turnbuckles. Tanahashi with a second rope, double axe-handle on Naito's knee. He continues to work on Naito's leg with a dragon screw. Tanahashi runs off the ropes and Naito catches him with an imverted Atomic Drop.

Naito puts him in a hammerlock and converts it into a Sidewalk Slam. They brawl. Tanahashi gets the upper-hand with a body-punch to the liver. Tanahashi executes a few slingblades. Tanahashi climbs up the top for a Frog Splash but he loses his footing for a few seconds. It gives Naito enough time to move out of the way.

Naito with a Valencia. He tries to finish off Tanahashi with a Destino but Tanahashi surprises him with an inside cradle for the win.

Lance Archer vs. Tom Lawlor. G1 Climax 32. Lawlor tries a front facelock, but Archer uses his superior strength to lift Lawlor up. Lawlor then tries a drop toehold but Archer just stands there. Lawlor tries a go-behind but Archer counters with an armdrag.

Lawlor finds some success by hitting Archer with right jabs against in the corner. He follows it up with a foot stomp on Archer's toe. Archer tries a Rainmaker clothesline but he took too long setting it up so Lawlor easily ducked it. Archer executes the Black Hole Slam but Lawlor kicks out at two. Lawlor clamps on a Sleeper but Archer backs him up against the turnbuckles. Lance finishes him off with The Blackout.

Lawlor tried to stick-and-move but he was delaying the inevitable as Archer used his strength to easily break his holds. It's David vs. Goliath, with Goliath winning this time.

David Finlay vs. Juice Robinson. G1 Climax 32. Finlay begins with a go-behind, takedown. He proceeds with a facelock which he quickly turns into a side headlock. Juice tries a hip-toss, but Finlay counters with an armdrag. Juice puts him in a head scissors, but Finlay easily breaks free with a kip-up. Although it's a grudge match between ex-tag team partners, it's a technical match so far.

Juice clamps on a cross-face chicken wing outside the ring. He slams Finlay, shoulder-first onto the ring apron. Juice is working on Finlay's injured left shoulder. Back in the ring, Juice cinches on an armbar and follows it up with quick European Uppercuts to Finlay's underarm. Juice slams Finlay's left shoulder directly onto the turnbuckle padding.

Juice tries a right-cross, but Finlay counters with a Rock Bottom. Finlay clotheslines the back of Juice's head. Juice executes a superplex from the second turnbuckles. Juice executes his finisher the Pulp Friction but Finlay kicks out at two. Finlay executes a Stunner but Juice gets his foot on the rope. He lifts Juice up for a shoulderbreaker and pins him.

RVD vs. Sabu. Hardcore Justice. Sabu attempts a go-behind but RVD gets to the ropes. Sabu performs a single-leg takedown on Rob. RVD puts him in a side headlock and hammerlock. Sabu counters with a quick elbow to RVD's chin. Sabu flings a steel chair on Rob's head. Sabu perches both feet on the top rope, and executes a leaping Thesz press on Rob outside the ring.

Sabu wears Rob down with the Camel Clutch. Sabu Irish whips him to the turnbuckles, he quickly runs off the ropes and takes Rob down with a clothesline. Sabu performs a hurricanranna on RVD, flippng him directly on a steel chair. Sabu misses a flying leg drop of the top and crashes through the tables. RVD takes advantage and climbs the top and beats Sabu with a frogsplash.

Bill Alfonso was managing both wrestlers. He even gave them both bottled water during a mid-match break. It's surprising because he didn't betray either wrestler towards the end of the match.

Kushida vs. Alex Shelley. Music City Mayhem. Kushida goes for a hoverboard lock early in the match. Kushida tries a sunset flip but Shelley counters with kimura lock. Shelley grinds away with a side headlock and follows it up with a European Uppercut. Shelley performs a kneedrop from the second rope on Kushida's left arm. Shelley weakens Kushida with a single-leg grapevine in the middle of the ring. Kushida stops Shelley's offensive flow with a swinging neckbreaker.

Kushia tries a Fireman's Carry but Shelley gets both of his feet on the canvas and stuns Kushida with a Tornado punch. Kushida with a double underhook suplex but Shelley plants his foot on the rope. Kushida tries a hoverboard-lock on Shelley on the top turnbuckle but Shelley desperately fights back. Shelley clamps on a cross face submission on Kushida in the center of the ring. Kushida tries a last-ditch submission hoverboard lock but the time limit expired.

Solid action but they kept going for the hoverboard lock too frequently throughout the match.

Jon Moxley vs. El Desperado in a Hardcore Rules match. Music City Mayhem. Desperado tries to force Moxley's face into the barbed wire early in the match. They get into knuckle-lock test-of-strength, with Moxley quickly converting it into a full nelson. Moxley takes him down with a running shoulder-block. Desperado with a dragon-screw and he tries to stab Moxley with bar-b-que skewers but Moxley blocks it. He persists, anyway, and stabs Moxley repeatedly on his forehead.

Desperado spears Moxley right through a wooden board wrapped with barbed wire. Moxley piledrives him in the center of the ring. Moxley powerslams him right on a bed of broken pint glasses. Desperado performs a pedigree, but doesn't pin Moxley. Moxley hurts him with a lariat and executes the Death Rider but he doesn't want to pin Desperado, he wants to humiliate. Moxley puts him in a rear naked choke. Desperado refuses to tap and passes out, which prompts ref Jeremy Marcus to award the match to Moxley.

Great-O-Khan vs. Jay White. G1 Climax 32. Khan puts him in a side headlock and then go-behind waistlock. He's out-wrestling Jay in the first few minutes of the match. When they take it outside the ring, he drives Jay's back against the steel guard rails.

Jay stomps on Khan repeatedly. Jay with a swinging neckbreaker. Jay can't outwrestle Khan so he resorts to roughhouse tactics. Jay with a booming reverse knife edge. He performs a well-executed German suplex and follows it up with a Urinagi. Khan with a belly-to-belly suplex. Jay with a Dragon Screw legwhip on Khan's right leg and tries to get him to submit to a Tanahashi Tap-Out. Jay tries to finish him off with the Blade Runner but Khan counters with a Mandible Claw. Khan clamps on a clawhold. When Jay breaks free, Khan knocks him down with a straight right-cross.

Jay puts him away with a Blade Runner to keep his G1 record a perfect 4-0.

Shingo Takagi vs. Will Ospreay. G1 Climax. B Block. Ospreay begins with an armbar. Shingo counters with a hammerlock. Shingo runs off the ropes and takes Ospreay down with a shoulderblock. Takagi wrist-locks Ospreay, pushes him against the ropes, knees him to the mid-section and performs a vertical suplex.

Ospreay with a thunderous knife edge chop on Takagi's chest. Takagi tries a Human Torture Rack but Ospreay quickly muscles out of it and uses his cat-like reflexes to land on the canvas. Ospreay tries a double-underhook but Takagi counters with a back bodydrop. Ospreay lands on both feet, superkicks Takagi in the back of his head. Takagi attempts a double underhook suplex. Ospreay easily slides out of the move and plants both feet on the canvas. Ospreay attempts a move off the second turnbuckles but Takagi hooks both of his arms and pins him with a backslide. Two-count.

He stuns Ospreay with a running forearm. Shingo wins with a Blast of the Dragon. A match replete with counters to the counters. Ospreay was electrifying, as usual, and I came away thinking he'll pull this one off.

Shingo Takagi vs El Phantasmo. G1 Climax. D Block. Phantasmo tries a leapfrog but Shingo catches him in mid-air and executes a Samoan Drop. Phantasmo nails him with a dropkick, which causes Shingo to roll-out of the ring. Phantasmo performs a top-ropes moonsault but doesn't fully catch Shingo.

Phantasmo scoop slams him. He tries a move off the second turnbuckles but Shingo stops him with a boot to his chin. Shingo tries a vertical suplex but Phantasmo claws his backside. It's a cheap tactic but it works. But Shingo was eventurally successful in executing the suplex. Phantasmo runs off the ropes but Shingo counters with a clothesline. Phantasmo executes the CR-2 and pins him with a cross-arm piledriver.
