Guess what gem I decided to revisit today on PS4.

Rockstar really knocked it out of the park with this game.

I had fun going for platinum again on new gen and the Iki island DLC was solid.

I got into the series with the remake, I never owned the first PlayStation so I had never played the original. And man, I knew the voice acting was bad but jeeeez...

I got into the series with RE2 on N64... eventually got a PSX played the original and 3.

Also when I first played RE1 on PSX, I was still in high school and my english was still bad so the voice acting didnt bother me lol.

Yeah I love this series but I just can't play this game, it's too old. They didn't even put modern controls like they did in the remake. I'm not used to tank controls anymore and those are particularly wooden.

Playing this instead, first time.

Finally got myself PS Plus Premium for three months, so a lot of games I'll be able to check out now out of their selection. Been meaning to try the highest tier since they converted to a more Game Pass style.

Heard they are adding the Yakuza games soon, so that pushed me over the edge in to getting it. I'll be saving a lot of money through it that way, as I was going to purchase them on their own eventually anyways. Seemed a no brainer, really. Already getting Yakuza: Like a Dragon in August as one of the monthly essential games, so that is awesome. This feels like the right time for me to get in to it.

Liking the selection so far, just been looking through it today. Played a little bit of Assassin's Creed Valhalla, seems pretty tight. I'm also going to check out that Stray game now you guys were talking about. They got some good classic games available too, although I do think that category could do with some beefening up. Apparently Dino Crisis and stuff has been rated though, so I'd expect more eventually. All in all, very happy so far with the service. Nice to have a lot of new games to play over the next few months, and I might renew if I'm enjoying it still by November.

Valhalla is very good now that they patched the main glitches. If you are going for the DLCs and the whole game, prepare to play for at least 200 hours

Yeah we'll see about that. Game is beautiful though. Just playing Yakuza still, which is also a very long game. So most likely be dipping in and out of this. I don't see myself finishing the whole thing unless I super get in to it. I'll be bouncing around games a lot I'd imagine, so much to choose from.

I wasn't being snarky, no worries. I mentioned it in my introduction when I joined so I thought people remembered it.
