The obvious answer is WM25 Michaels vs Taker, but sure you've seen that one already. Wonder if it lives up to being as great at it was back when it first aired?
Maybe the Cena Open Challenge did a number on it, who knows?

Kurt Angle vs Randy Orton vs Rey Mysterio at Wrestlemania 22 is one of my favorites. Extremely fast paced match and Kurt Angle is a fuckin BEAST in it.
