It was scheduled/booked as a tag team match. As you said Nathan was attacked before hand so it became a handicap. Nathan did return by the end though.

As far as WMXIX goes, it was pretty damn good, though I really wonder what they were thinking by not having Booker win the belt. Seriously, would have it KILLED HHH to do the job that night?

Another thing I'm not too fond about WM19 is the theme song. Freakin awful.
