Kurt Angle recently appeared on The Overtime with Grande & Max podcast. During the interview, Angle was asked where he would like to finish his career.

"It could be anywhere," Angle replied.

"I'm not going to disrespect either company by telling lies or telling the truth, but I'll just say this. There's a chance that I could be anywhere to retire, and I'm sure that I'll have that option when the time comes... When I retire, you will never see me in that ring again."

When asked who he would like to face in his retirement match, Angle replied,

"If I said that, then I'd tell you the company I'd retire with... I'll give you this, the picks would be between Undertaker, Brock Lesnar, or obviously John Cena or Dwayne Johnson. There are a lot of guys, I mean Dwayne comes in and out, you know? When it comes down to it, hopefully one of the guys comes down to TNA and I can retire there, but you don't know what's going to happen.

"I'm not going to sit here and lie to you and tell you that I'm going to stay in TNA or that I'm going to leave TNA. I love TNA and I love to work for the company, but there comes a time when you know that you want to retire and how you want to do it, and you gotta do it your way."
Good god please make it happen, Kurt back in the WWE on a limited schedule against a bunch of the new crop of talent could be incredible.

I think there would be a giant pop if you hear Angles entrance theme and the the "You suck" chants would be enormous. I would like to see it, but with limied dates. Kurt could be a viable attraction and could even be a good Undertaker opponent at a Mania.

^ Pretty much agree. Its hard to predict when it will happen, possibley the next couple of years, but would be great to see him retire in WWE.

Angle back in the WWE would be an incredible moment. He is one of the few people along with Batista and Jeff Hardy right now that can come back, get an enormous pop, and do some major things. Don't see how anyone would be against Angle coming back. Sure he might say dumb shit and it can be annoying, but the guy is a legend and needs to retire where he belongs.

I have to agree that if Kurt Angle's music hit, the entire arena would explode.

I think Angle will be 47 when his TNA deal expires, so if Vince decided to sign him to a deal where he works a similar amount of dates that Brock Lesnar is working now, then it can only be good for both Angle and the WWE

I would love it if Kurt Angle came back to the WWE. It's a shame really that he left in the first place but whatever, Vince would still welcome Angle with open arms.

He does this all the time. Tease how he could always go back to WWE and then a week later or so talk about how he'll never leave TNA. Would be cool to see him back in WWE but only if he is healthy enough to still be able to go.

Kurt at WM in front of 80k for the first time would try some off the wall ass shit and we all know it lol, but it will always be cool to see guys like Kurt, Dudley Boyz, Hardys, RVD get that last match, pop, and retire in wwe like Booker

Would love to see him back in the WWE soon and when he decides to retire. Should retire in the big leagues. He belongs in the WWE, not TNA. Can put on some good matches with the talent in WWE and no doubt will be a draw. Crowd would be electric for him.

It'd be great to see him wrestle at WM30 but I think it is way too soon. I say WM31. He signed a 3 year contract with TNA in May of 2011 so it finishes in May of 2014 but TNA's 3 year contracts have an "out" clause so he can leave if he wants to. Still don't see it happening though as the transition would be way too quick.

I'd love for angle to retire against Wes Brisco, Doc or Garret Bischoff.

....

Not sure if srs.

Would like to see Angle vs Ziggler, Orton, Punk and Sheamus. Also should slap Swagger round the face for daring to imitate a GOAT like Angle.

Not really keen on rehashing shit we've already seen.

The guy will change his tune tomorrow in another interview. Not really that interested in seeing him back, will be surprised if he can pass the medical test to get back into WWE and if he can stay out of trouble with the law long enough. Not the brightest spark and is the perfect example, along with Hogan, of someone who needs a filter and a minder during any interaction with media or fans.

He's had some good matches in TNA and they've treated him well but really for a guy like Kurt Angle ignoring all his personal life BS he deserves to have his sendoff in WWE where everyone will see it.
