Well some people are drawing parallels with the affair thing, i don't watch TNA and only saw a bit of the storyline in question, I mean it doesn't even seem close to being the same type of story but maybe it is I don't know. That said even if it was TNA isn't the first to do an affair storyline, maybe you'd argue because of them happening near each other but wasn't the Lynch storyline about a baby or something? I get more Savage vibes but then again I didn't see the whole TNA storyline. The AJ Cena storyline I'm not really defending because while I have no real issue with it, it is rather meh because AJ resigned so Cenas name wouldn't be brought into it, and immediately she brought his name into it so that was dumb. And then Vickie was hired, Vickie has been an Assistant to GM while dating two different superstars, and a gm while married to one and having an affair with another. Serz?
also Dale made mention of some ideas, well I've seen some CM Punk and Nexus comparisons, I remember vividly facepalming when Sting returned to TNA and had the same Undertaker promo package for his return because people thought it was Sting coming to WWE. Some like to argue that this was intentionally a parody, well it still looked stupid from my pov to do the exact same thing I didn't think "oh man TNA so got them" I thought "really TNA? oh god". I remember the Kurt Angle screw-job complete with "I'll go to WWE" mention and set destroying, I remember a masked wrestler debuting right after Sin Cara, I remember a couple parody characters.
but what really made me laugh about this was this comment:
"WWE production team using @EBischoff's innovative multi-camera backstage filming technique with OneManBand segment?"
omg the multi-camera technique is so innovated, I mean it's the future of wrestling guys. And of course the 3MB seg was stealing it, no way it could be anything else or mistaken for any other type of parody at all like of a band interview or some sort of behind the music deal, no it's TNA.
Can someone confirm how new the multi-camera thing is? because I do remember Brock doing it .
