Yeah that's fair. I probably wouldn't have done the squash loss either, but at the end of the day, I don't think it mattered. He was always going back to New Day after the reign ended.

But was the squash reasonable? I mean yeah he wasn't going to be a main event player going into the next year 2020. But you could have made him a bit strong in defeat at the hands of Lesnar.

Yes, yes it was. It's not just a squash. You could at least book maybe a 10 minute more competitive Match, so the Champion and his whole story going into Wrestlemania, which was one of the best stories over the last 10 years all fans where behind of, doesn't get kicked under the rug like a pile of dirt... which also kinda made it look like a punishment for Kofi getting too over and the Fans getting behind him too much, when he wasn't supposed to.

Brock tho really doesn't have any competitive matches at that time with anyone not named Roman Reigns. I love Kofi and man deserve the title but like let's not forget how badly he was booked as champion he faced Dolph [it should of been me] and Orton (his redemption for stupid stupid) I always thought that the journey to winning it was more the story then him defending it. I don't care who it was either I would of imagined whomever the champ would of been going into SD jump to fox was losing to Brock.
