hold up. i realized i liekd this post, but...you havent voted for anyone. pretty sure alco is at 3, and looking thru his posts real quick he didnt say he was leaving or coming back?

has ace done anything notable? from what ive read on day 2 he was just around to be around and added non-controversial points mostly.

as scum in all the times he's won he's just slipped by by adding enough to not be sus while not doing so little he's sussed for that. he just avoids being the main subject of suspicion and lets town flail at themselves.

i have no interest in going for haza/smark today nor should anyone really, smark isn't faking that role and it doesnt make sense for a town player(in the situation smark is) to make roles for a scum player. they're not both scum either.

I havent gone through his posts too deeply outside the some of the early back and forth and with alco on d1. hes now voting alco. I havent noticed much outside of that, so I suppose I can take a gander as well

why are you ignoring the possibility of him having that role as scum with Haza being town?

cause that's a dumb scum role. unless you mean he's just a gift giver and chose to only give it to his mason, but again that would make it a fake. essentially why would you, as scum, even bother including that bit into your claim if the mason fake itself is something you could just claim?

i think you ignored my whole point of why he's suspicious. ace has bussed his whole team before. he's a low radar scum player that can just get by on the fact he won't be really sussed. you're not going to get him by him randomly making an awful post that gives away he's scum.

I mean you could be right, Im certainly not good at reading the lad myself.

As I said, issue atm he's on the right side of my alco suss. You very well be right, and I'm not going to outright dismiss your statement here. Alco read back just pinged me and his answers thus far havent particularly impressed me

I don’t think it’s that dumb tbh. I explained it earlier, a town/scum mason pairing only benefits scum because you have a town player giving thoughts outside the thread to essentially the scum team only. this could balance it out where scum might get hurt by keeping the player alive. might be a bit of a stretch but this and both being town are the 2 possibilities I see.

Hmm. I'm not really sure where to go. I like the Alco wagon for sure but my gut tells me to go Doddsy with the information we all have.

you think doddsy, with literally no reason, would come in and just let everyone know with a very blatant hint that he has a killing role and that's why he's sus of jeff?

to be clear, because scum will know anyway, it's clear as shit doddsy is the vig because otherwise he, again, wouldn't just come in and make it clear he has a killing role because otherwise he'd be the 4th person with killing role(including in this situation, the unclaimed vig) making him the prime vig target.

What are the optics scum would have a role that rewards them for getting near hammer and then getting the wagon to disappear before they are hammered?

And that reward is a daykill?

it's only ever an indy role

and the optics is you either play in a way that lets you gather roles that you can utilize or you play in a way that avoids suspicion but then you don't have role utility(that is, if you choose to play it in a way where you don't just claim it at the start of the game).
