i think you need to re-read it. i thought so too, but the wording is:

For the record, I find Magic's case on Barry to be very unconvincing. Find it far more likely that he's just the vig.

We're not waiting on any more info roles so I'm fine with this. Also get Doddsy to use his execute. Like I said last phase, absolutely no reason to let him hold on to it unless we're 100% sure he's town.

tl/dr : when it all comes down to it, magics case is good, but PoE dictates blaine should go first imo. I have more reasons to believe barry is town than i do blaine.
