We can always use a video producer, to highlight, the end of Hulkamania.

Observer Radio: This change of all things is tanking AEW's morale. Since Sullivan's been with AEW since Dynamite began this gives the overall impression that it's not just a storyline, that long term workers really are being replaced by WWE castoffs

I get the element of solidarity backstage but I'm not gonna blame AEW for hiring potentially better/more skilled/more experienced employees.

I don't really care that employees are sad. Production has had way too many misses in 4 years. Also, Impact's production has been better since this guy left imo , and this dude specializes in post production, which is one thing Impact is outstanding at currently.

I think this is a good thing that Tony is holding people accountable and making more difficult decision. If people don't like a more sports based product or presentation, tough shit.

the times of being the plucky hipster brand is over, it's kind of time for AEW to shed that identity and put forth the ''we are the best in ring product and our action hits the hardest'' which is what a lot of us day 1-ers want anyways

But it’s before the holidays…

Thought firing someone weeks before Christmas was terrible

it's obviously not good or nice. big difference between firing 1 and 100s though, nice try with the whataboutism though.

also firing someone for a bad performance is not the same as firing people for bigger profits due to a merger, but you also knew that :)
