This is gonna be interesting lol I feel like the Boys have more of a case bc Tony specifically said they missed dates. I don't actually think the company said anything bad about Kevin

Kevin's claim probably revolves around Riccaboni.

It'll most likely be settled which is kinda sad all around for me bc I really don't think they deserve anything but if they did somehow win it could actually result in positive employment changes. I have a bit more sympathy for the Boys even though they burned a lot of that by acting like asses afterwards too. I can't see how Kevin lost any jobs unless he can prove NJPW refused to take him back bc of AEW, otherwise he said he didn't wanna do Japan anymore himself. TNA, NWA, MLW would not pass on him bc of AEW heat, WWE would pass on him for a lot of reasons besides that

Ian is included as well, they're grouping them together for the independent contractor dispute bc they're trying to get that part approved as class action. If it isn't I do think Kevin would be suing Ian separately

also, of course this news comes out the week of a AEW ppv, like clockwork by one of the same guys who's tried to derail their ppvs before. shit is so pathetic.

I agree about bringing positive change for employees vs contractors but like really ur gonna use these three clowns as an example? and why not sue wwe too if its a class action against misidentifying contractors as employees? this all seems to be vindictive and not actually for good faith reasons given who is suing and who the lawyer is.

Kevin Kelly on AEW: “They gave me a... what do you call it? A little severance package. Very little. Then they took it back. They put it into my account, and then a couple of days later, they took it back because I didn’t sign some form or something like that.”

:heston what a fucking idiot

he is still salty Ian got the job in roh 10 years ago or wtv I bet.

speaking of Ian, since he was not the one to screen cap and his conversation was in a semi private discord - I'm not even sure that could be considered libel. Will be curious to see what arguments the plaintif makes
