DAMN That sucks. Kennedy always gets up there for a push and someyhing happens to him. Hopefully it wont be that bad and he will be back in a few weeks.

Kennedy: "Argh! My quad!"

Shelton: "Yo man you hurt your shoulder."

Kennedy: "Argh! My shoulder!"

Lol but seriously wow.. WTF.. I hate this shit.. I mean I believe he is like the Bean Sox.. He keeps messing up and eventually wins the big one

I've never really been a big fan of Kennedy, but even though I hated him before, I feel bad for him now. He gets hurt so much and misses so much time, it's sad.

I just found this:
Here's the deal: I have a torn labrum, which basically is a muscle in the shoulder joint that holds everything in place. I also have some damage in the rotator cuff muscles, but it's from the accumulative effects of being in the ring for ten years. I'm going to spend the next two weeks in Pensacola doing two-a-day rehab sessions. I will also be working out the other parts of my body that aren't hurt by swimming, sprinting, cycling, leg training, and eating 6 nutritious high protein meals a day. After two weeks, Doc Andrews will assess my progress and determine if I have to have surgery or not. If not, I'll have an additional 2 to 4 weeks before I can return to the ring. If surgery is required, I'll be out for 4-6 months.
