I think Jonah is under NJPW contract but I have no idea how long so he could be free as sokn as the G1 is over. Lumis def free I assume. I'd guess anyone not on AEW is mostly eligible, anywhere else wouldn't have long contracts for most even if they couldn't return right away

Funny thing is, I remember thinking during his NXT run that the Jonah dude would have been presented better as a monster on the main roster under Vince. Dude was alright but I wouldn't say i'd be excited at the thought of him coming back.
