Alot of people look at the GFX section without having to participate in it, that's why the GFX Award is in there.

But in the same sense a lot of people look at AND participate in the feds.

Could at least put it up to a vote instead of outrightly denying access cause that's the way its always been. There is always room for change if the people want it. If they don't then the suggestion for it can cease. Seems like the most sensible option.

I have no problem with adding a award for each fed though. Just will keep it simple though and call it something like ACW Member of the month and the same for UWF.
