This situation is pretty fucked up. I hope the kid has a speedy recovery.

Ditto, he reminds me a lot of Randy Orton when he first debuted.

I thought I was the only one. He has the same pretty boy look that Orton did when he debuted. Same type of move set. Same age, pretty much.

My only hope, other that he fully recovers is that he doesn't let this deter him. I could see him wanting to hang up his boots. It would be a shame. I'm very high on this kid. Like you guys, I see a bright future for him once he molds his craft, like Orton eventually did.

This really wasn't his fault from what I could see. Maybe Ions, but not really, just an accident.

I saw Ion bend his knees, which I don't think you're really supposed to do when you do a moonsault (with your opponent laying down in the ring or not) so, not to put the blame on anyone, but it MIGHT have been Ion's fault.

Doesn't really matter. I'm sure he apologized a shit ton of times backstage to Jesse afterwards, anyway.

I doubt Jesse was conscious. But I hope the kid is ok. You know I've been thinking about being a wrestler but when shit like this happens I think twice about it. Maybe when Jesse comes back he'll have a new tough guy gimmick

I feel bad for Jesse. He was such a young kid with a bright future. He says he'll be back so at least he's got a positive attitude.

I really hope we do see him again.

Yes because Kurt knows everything about returning too early from an injury.

He kinda does actually. Dude has broken his neck a few times and returned well before he was due.

Of course this wasn't always wise and not everyone is Kurt Angle either.

That's what I meant Kurt is a hard worker and went for the less-painful neck surgery but it also hurt him in the future. The last thing Sorensen should do is listen to Angle about that subject, he should listen to who Kurt should have listened to: the professional doctor.

You got to admit though, Angle is the fucking man for being able to return four months after a broken neck and main event for a year+.

But I agree, this kid needs to do what's best for him and his future. Take how ever long he needs to get well.

If there's one thing in wrestling its don't take very serious advice from anyone. Like what kurt tells him to come back in 4 months and he will. I hope not
