DJ Waleed Coyote, who works for 102 Jamz here in Greensboro, North Carolina, says he was involved in a verbal altercation with Chris Jericho at The Treasure Club in the early hours of May 7th. Jericho had R-Truth and a WWE referee with him.

AllHipHop.com reports that Jericho got mad and took Coyote's mobile phone when the man tried taking a photo of Jericho inside the club. Coyote is now challenging Jericho to a three-on-three "No Rules" match with proceeds going to North Carolina music charities. Coyote said:

"The thing that bothered me about this dude is that we weren’t formerly introduced and he acted out of line and you can’t do that in North Carolina. He would have done that to anyone in this state and you can’t do that."

I know more than a few people from NC and they all seem to have this attitude about how you can't do things their etc which is absurd. From whats written sounded like Jericho was in a club and didn't want some guy selling pictures to TMZ or something.

Probably won't amount to anything. There's also nothing to really say at this time until we get more details or events on what actually happened.

But I will say that if they weren't "formally introduced" yet then why would he think its okay to start taking photos of Jericho? And acting surprised when he doesn't take kindly to it?

If Jericho can take down Goldberg, I don't see this DJ coming out on top.

Goldberg is a pussy and how do know the DJ does not have any martial arts training.

Looks wrinkly and old, and I seriously doubt some guy sitting behind a mic all day as a DJ has any martial arts training. And even if he did, don't you think he would of used it in this altercation or brought it up in this news report saying he can take him on as he has MMA training in his past or just simply stating he has took training, blah blah blah.

Sounds like an overblown situation, but I don't see what the DJ did wrong really..

I personally don't agree with taking pictures of people without their consent. That's an invasion of privacy. So the DJ is really in the wrong here to me.

Sounds like the DJ is simply trying to get some media attention for himself. Nothing story, people should have more respect for others privacy.

You shouldn't take random pictures of anybody in public. I like how people think because someone is famous it makes it alright. It's call privacy and yet the media will never understand that. Jericho has every right to tell this clown he can't take photos of him.

Although, in the man's defense, Jericho could have gone a little bit of a different route. I still don't side with the DJ, but I don't exactly agree with how Jericho handled it.

True Jericho didn't really need to take the guys phone if that was what actually happened. Could have given the guy a piece of his mind and then ignored him.
