Radiohead. :francis

Top 3 All-Time artists are Beatles, Iron Maiden, and The Who for me.

Radiohead's annoying ass fanbase doesn't change how their music sounds :draper2

I'd rank The Who pretty high as well, but I'm not too big on Iron Maiden honestly. I mean I think they make really good music but y'all would probably be really mad at some of the other artists I'd rank over them :TI:

And yeah, I really do think you have to break it down into genres and subgenres, unless were grading by influence, which I'm not really about.

Solid lists, I couldn't even start. I'd have to break it up into genres at least. I like way too many bands lol

Oh I'm mostly kidding bc I'm so bad at lists, my shit will change tomorrow :lmao I'm pretty confident in those top 3 opinions, but going any farther than that is hard af.

like if were going top 3 most influencial rock bands, you kind of have to put the Beatles and Rolling Stones up there, for example

It's WAY easier for me to break things down into genres and subgenres if I'm ranking but especially with subgenres you run into people nitpicking what subgenre a certain artists falls in lol I don't rank based off influence, at least not intentionally, I rank what I like best which is also why I can't go past 3

:WOW solid points. And I agree, the subgenre brigade can be a bit too annoying for me as well, and it turns into arguments that really don't have anything to do with the music itself.

If we're talking straight influence, it'd be Beatles, Stones, and Elvis.
