What's up musicheads. I will be starting to do a weekly/bi-weekly album review. Will most likely be reviewing classic metal albums, but I am happy to take suggestions. I may put a poll up, or you can always ask me for a review via pm or in thread.

This week I will be reviewing:

Judas Priest - Painkiller

This is probably my favorite Judas Priest album, it's heavy as FUCK. Full review should be up by Saturday. In the meantime, enjoy:

I can make it a project at some point yeah! That would take a while though, I plan on listening to each album the wholeway through and take notes through out.

I'm currently going back and listening to some of the albums I think are the best. Not reviewing like you, just getting fucked up on the weekends and listening to one or two a night lol It's been a ton of fun so far, mostly just listening to a lot of Radiohead, Pink Floyd, and The Beatles so far though.

So far I've just listened to Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here, but I plan to get to The Wall and Animals soon. Those are easily my top 4 Pink Floyd Albums (probably most peoples as well tbf).

After Judas Priest I'm actually thinking of going a bit more indy and reviewing a Martyr album. They only have 3 albums, as the lead guitarist moved on and replaced Piggy in Voivod. But man, some DAMN GOOD Technical Metal from Quebec. Probably going to review their 1st album, Hopeless Hopes, from 1997.

Here's a taste for those curious :

TRACK 2 IS ABSOLUTE FIRE

Reminds me a lot of the legendary band Death, rip Chuck :sadbecky

Yeah, I love the Wall ofc. But there's a special place in my heart for Animals. Atom Mother Heart also a very cool album if you want to check out Syd Barret Pink Floyd.

The only Barrett era Floyd album that I've listened to in full is The Piper at the Gates of Dawn. Great fucking album, but crazy to even call it Pink Floyd bc it's so different from their albums that became more famous and IMO were better, but I'd still rank it pretty high.

Third best artist after The Beatles and Radiohead :side:

Radiohead. :francis

Top 3 All-Time artists are Beatles, Iron Maiden, and The Who for me.

Solid lists, I couldn't even start. I'd have to break it up into genres at least. I like way too many bands lol
