Plenty of people get suck of walking home when they're drunk and sit down on some stairs and conk out.

Sure if he works for a public company, got in the news for his public intoxication and had a track record of not showing up for work due to his addictions, working on the job under the influence and just generally had poor judgement when it comes to his substance abuse.

Jeff Hardy legit needs rehab. Regardless if WWE threatens to fire him or not, dude has a problem and should take care of it. Simple as.

Tell him that.....it's still a misdemeanor and doesn't warrant company intrusion, you know when people were up in arms because of a dress code? This is that times a 1000.

Also if it's not in the contract, is liable for wrongful termination and intrusion.

If it the Uso wasn't punished for his transgressions, neither should Jeff Hardy....no matter the track record. The bar has already been set. No pun intended.

Acting like WWE can't fire someone for making them look bad. They've fired people for far less.

I don't care to argue about what WWE can and can't do, though, all I said was man NEEDS to go to rehab. Simple as.

Alcohol doesn't fall under the wellness policy or domestic violence and felony policies.....those are the ones that get you publically fired.

Someone being quietly released isn't the same thing......and I have already stated my piece on drug deaths numerous times here.

Whatever an adult does on their own time is up to them. You can't babysit adults, that's not the world I want to live in.

I swear to god I think Deezy is mentally Blue. Just because alcohol is not specifically under the wellness policy doesn't mean they won't fire you for it. This shit is foreign to him. He's literally comparing a regular person to a worker for a widely known company.

I have no opinion on the subject other than Jeff needs to lay off the booze and start getting clean. If he kills himself, he kills himself and he has nobody to blame but himself. However WWE is well within their right to refuse to renew his contract and even outright fire him if he is found to do this one more time this month.

With that said though, this topic is done since it can't be continued without flaming each other.
