LOL at the shot at ROH. In all honesty, I'll always like ROH but when JBL made that comment, I laughed pretty hard.

That would be awesome when he'll come back. JBL is one of the best people that worked in this business. As We Are Legion wrote: it doesn't matter which "job" he will do in WWE. He is awesome like superstar and also as commentator.

I would rather see JBL replace King on Raw then, go onto SmackDown. Striker and Matthews need a shot on commentary and I would love to see the pair on SmackDown.

If he wants to do commentary again then WWE would be crazy not to offer him a deal. I had assumed that he wouldn't want to do it again because of the travel involved but if he is up to it they should sign him immediately. Have him replace King and get Cole and JBL back together, would be nice to see that pairing again in WWE. If WWE don't want to open up a commentary spot for him then he would also be great as GM.

Just on something JBL mentioned how scary would it be if Lawler was still doing colour commentary on RAW in 2042.

I hope that JBL would replace Lawler on Raw, and have Cole leave Smackdown. So it would be JBL and Cole (have JBL be the heel and Cole the face) and Josh and Striker on Smackdown. Those would be awesome commentary teams.

Not sure if Striker is good enough to be on SD. Think I would keep Cole on both shows as he is now the lead communtor (like or not), but would love to have JBL take over from King on raw. It really suprised me how good was in that role, what really impressed me was how well researched he was as he used some old school references when comparing to the modern day era.

Not so keen on him being GM, just think it would be too much like the JBL character and that got boring after awhile. As a manager of a heel stable would be good through.

I don't think that he is needed on both shows anymore, he gets a bit overexposed. Plus it isn't going to allow Josh Matthews and whoever his partner is to improve if Cole is there all the time. WWE need the announcers to improve and the best way to do that is allow Matthews and someone like Striker and Regal to call the show on their own. Vince McMahon will be yelling at them over the headsets anyway to correct them if they make a mistake and to guide them through it.

Cole is overexposed, Smackdown needs one play by play guy and one colour commentator, the three man system never works, mainly because it kills the rapport between people you really need to gel or it just ruins the entire show.

Matthews should be left to work Smackdown with a colour analyst and get better at his job, you know the way Cole did. Imagine what would've happened to Cole if JR was on Smackdown during his and Tazz's run.

It's been said before but why does JBL want to come back? I mean truly he has no need if he wants to thats cool but I don't think he seriously intends too and I'd be fine with Striker or Matthews they need to start prepping replacement announcers anyway.

Maybe he wants the attention. He has money, has a family and a great life in Bermuda but he probably isn't known by anyone there. If he is back on television he is back infront of millions of viewers all over the world each week.

Could just be the itch to return to the business as well, he's been apart of it for ages, spent 3 years away, not far-fetched that he wants to come back in any capacity.

I for one would like to see him & Ron return for a small 8 week run, have them return out of the blue and win the tag titles. Have a decent feud with Kofi/Truth, then a multi team match to send them on their way, and build up some other team at the same time. A quick & easy way to resurect the tag division, and Ron can sit in the corner for the majority of the 3 matches they would need to participate in.

The only time I didnt really like Bradshaw was durring the Justin Hawk character.

I like the King and you aren't really getting much better than him I would rather see Cole leave and JBL return as the heel to Lawlers face

And he could wrestle every now and then like King

So Death Chamber, who does the play by play with King and JBL? You can have two play-by-play guys but having two color guys is overwhelming. It's too much and it will detract from the matches.
