Which is good right?

You do it the legal way and you have your rights, nothing to worry about.
You do it the illegal way, well... being scared is probably the only thing you can be right now. It is a mess.
I'll stick to cats and my underwhelming feelings of Jack's career in the WWE. :kitler:

A Lashley/Swagger feud on TNA? I mean they are going to need
something after all the performers they've lost in the last week or two.
Dude TNA ain't gonna be around much longer. I can assure you.

He's not fully out the door yet apparently. He's requested his release, but he has not been granted it. Should just be a matter of time tho you'd think.

He's coming off as super motivated to get out there in the interview. He wants to wrestle in Japan and on the indies and combine it with dipping into MMA.

I'm stoked for this guy getting out there. I'm a Swagger mark and the dude is in my opinion one of the guys WWE dropped the ball on. He got every gimmick he was handed over, everyone of them wasn't a hit. But they were over. From the cocky jock character, to his cowardly world champ bit, to the stuff with Ziggler and Vickie to the Real American. He always got a reaction at the very least. And he was the glue that held shows like Main Event and Superstars together since 2014, putting out 3-4 star matches on the regular.

The dude's ceiling in Japan is huge. He's a tailor made monster foreigner. If I had to pick a Japanese company for him I'd put him in All Japan. New Japan have more foreigners than they know what to do with, and NOAH has the TNA affiliation, so they get westerners that way. All Japan could use another big bad bruiser. Only question is if they have the money for him

And it's gotten way worse and it's the boiling point. Watch and see.
I wouldn't say it's on the verge of dying.

The new owners, Anthem Sports have fairly deep pockets and have ousted the old regime of decision makers. Yes Jeff Jarrett is back and in charge of things relating to the product and talent as a executive. But he has someone he answers to now who comes from Anthem (Ed Nordholm). Jarrett is also not in control of the finances, that's on Anthem now.

TNA has basically burnt to the ground. But I think Anthem has the tools to make it slowly grow into something new and healthy.

Very optimistic.

As mentioned in the other thread, that is how I am thinking about TNA as well. They have been burnt to the ground but that's not necessarily a bad position to be in. Although you didn't say this exactly, I think the Hardys leaving is more of a good thing than a bad thing. TNA is going to have to reinvent themselves and that's going to be easier to do if they're not going to continue trying to be more WWE like with the Sports Entertainment gimmicks. The Broken Hardys, in my viewpoint, was an awful gimmick. I don't know how much money the Hardys made, but I assume it was a substantial amount. Now that money can go towards other places. Also, they don't have that gimmick identifying who they are so they can concentrate on rebuilding the company. If they were rebuilding their image but keeping the Hardys gimmick ongoing, it would have made it very difficult for them to do it.

I know a lot of people have been saying the Hardys leaving with the belts doomed the company. I find that to be very narrow thinking. It's probably one of the best things that could have happened in that it gives the company more room in which to work in redefining themselves.

I was a big fan of TNA from the beginning up until the Hogan era. They did a lot of things right using talent that was not considered big name talent. With Dixie gone, I think Anthem will have an easier time bringing in talent and working with other companies. For me, it has all been completely positive news.

"Swagger noted on Sonnen’s podcast that his release is “an ongoing process right now.”"
