Using Stardom as an example, you have eye candy in Mina Shirakawa, you have a worker in Saya Kamitani, and then you have Tam Nakano which is a combination of both. As well you have to take into an account on what a person finds beautiful, since beauty is subjective and is based on the eye of the beholder, and what they consider a good wrestler to be since, like beauty, it is subjective to some degree.
