The IC Title switcheroo nonsense actually sounds fun to watch lol

The fans' reactions to this match truly amaze me.
I enjoyed it, to be honest. It was refreshing and fun to have the IC look that coveted and crazy-inducing with only Bryan as the relatively sane contender

It's like the IC belt is the ring of power and everyone is stabbing each other in the back to get it. Dean is in the corner doing his weird shoulder roll gimmick from his promos and calling it his precious

If the WWE starts treating it that way after Mania, then I'm a happy camper. They seriously need to start caring about their midcard.

Cena's definitely the cure for the US title's irrelevance curse, hopefully Bryan/Ambrose or whoever wins it gets to be the cure for the IC title.

I think that WWE should be doing what they should've been doing for years: create good stories, big PPV attention, and center some of their main events on the IC and us title. Had this happened a whoe a ago, we would need some "big shots" to grabs those belts in the name of making them "prestigious"

I still feel that if they focused on the stories, etc., now, we wouldn't have this issue.

I'm going to flop over to Bryan now, if they are saying it's true about the midcard title pushes then i'm all in for it

I don't feel it's all that implausible (or terrible) that Bad News Barrett could retain. After having his championship repeatedly stolen from him by pretty much everyone involved in the match (nice subtle/not-so-subtle joke there by WWE), it would be great revenge for him if he were to retain and get one last victory (which would be the closest thing resembling a 'Wrestlemania Moment' that he's ever had) before dropping the strap to one of them in a singles match at Extreme Rules. Plus it would allow him to deliver some "Bad News" for the first time in a long while (unless I've been missing something) the night after on Raw by throwing it in the face of everyone that he's still their Intercontinental Champion despite the insurmountable odds that were stacked against him at Wrestlemania.
