To me it's Dolph Ziggler. Sure, he does sell the moves, but sometimes he annoys me with his over the top selling. He makes moves look as if he was shot from a cannon.

Rybacks selling is far worse and so inconsistent... If the shield just blinks at him, he is not able to stand up for 5 minutes, but at other times his opponents attacks dont get to him
