If Kurt ends up joining Ace's that's okay I guess, but I mean I just fail to see why he'd get Kurt when he only did this cause no one was helping him, so the fact Kurt is in a group with him Sting is worth his time to save now?

It would really depend on what TNA validates as a world championship. All members have to be former world champions. Batista is in no question.
