I think Myers is there to put young talent over (Beale) and thats the end game to his current gimmick tbf.

as far as Impact goes, nah not really any heels who act like that afaik

I don't really think any of their current heels do it. Maybe Morrissey and Moose to an extent but Moose is more just saying he's the best in the company and Morrissey just talks about how the wrestling industry SUCKS

But Myers is great and I think if you want what's best for him then getting him as far away from Cardona is best lol he's already gotten a main event title shot, he's arguably treated better than Cardona already even

yeah and even then, Morrissey's gimmick is more "all wrestlers in the back are in it for themselves, they dont care about you or other wrestlers" as opposed to lolimpactsucksandimthebest

Here's some spoiler notes. Apparently full ones are hard to come by which means Impact got some loyal fans

• Moose opened the tapings with what was described as a scathing promo that covers AEW, Roman Reigns, Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch, The New Day and more.
• Moose, W. Morrissey and Suzuki vs. Alexander, Matt Cardona and Eddie Edwards were the main event of night one.
• X-Divison Champion Trey Miguel defended against Rocky Romero. The match was made on Twitter Monday so that will likely be on tap for this Thursday's show.
• Knockouts Champion Mickie James and Mercedes Martinez did a segment to build to a title match at Turning Point. James competed against Madison Rayne as well, but it's unknown if it was a title match.
• There was a four-way no. 1 contender's match for the X-Division title between Rohit Raju, Steve Maclin, Laredo Kid and Black Taurus.
• Other taped matches include John Skyler vs. Chelsea Green; Rosemary and Havok vs. Brandi Lauren and Kimber Lee, and Rich Swann and Willie Mack against two members of the Learning Tree. Eric Young, Jake Something, Jai Vidal were also part of the taping.

Impact Wrestling held their second and final night of TV tapings Tuesday in Las Vegas, Nevada, wrapping up three nights in Sin City ahead of their return for Turning Point and more TV tapings next month.

Spoilers for the next month of TV are ahead.

Here's everything that happened on night one that set it up with a note that some results have been difficult to get in both cases, hence the spotty details.

• Josh Alexander defeated Minoru Suzuki in the main event of the show. This was set up by a night one confrontation that saw both men included in a six-man tag team match.
• Suzuki wrestled twice Monday, defeating Kaleb with a K. Based on both nights of tapings, it appears he will be on every show between Thursday and Turning Point.
• Impact World Champion Moose got his challenger for the November 20th Turning Point as Eddie Edwards won a three-way against W. Morrissey and Matt Cardona. There was also a report that the Moose vs. Edwards match will be a Full Metal Mayhem match (TLC), but that is unconfirmed.
• Following his debut at Bound for Glory, The (Kiss) Demon returned to team with Crazzy Steve and Black Taurus against Johnny Swinger, Fallah Baah and Hernandez.
• Doc Gallows took on Hikuleo as the Good Brothers vs. Bullet Club feud continues.
• Knockouts Tag Team Champions The IInspiration took on Kimber Lee and Brandi Lauren with Decay cornering them after the match.
• Digital Media Champion Jordynne Grace defended against John Skyler.
• Mercedes Martinez wrestled a match and was attacked afterward with Knockouts Champion Mickie James making the save. Martinez then laid out James.
• Other matches include Rohit Raju vs. Rocky Romero; Willie Mack vs. VSK; Laredo Kid vs. Steve Maclin; and Jake Something vs. Matthew Rehwoldt vs. Alisha Edwards vs. Chelsea Green in a four-way.

I don't think (and hope) he fades away, fighting Suzuki is still a big deal and since Impact only does 4 PPVs a year, i wouldn't want him just to challenge and probably lose less than a month later on a little plus special, same reason I'm fine with Deonna not getting her rematch right away.

The cash in in Josh was fucking ridiculous tho and I'm gonna be so mad if that's just it for him lmao
