As you said, inb4theyretoobig. They're too big. People don't say "Pro Wrestling" as much as they say "WWE". Like people say Kleenex instead of facial tissue. People know when "Monday Night Raw" and "Friday Night Smackdown" come on, butyou don't even know when "Impact Wrestling" comes on, Crayo. That's why we make the advertising point.

Spike TV isn't even available all across America, because when they became "TV for men" they drove away half of their viewers. That's why WWE left that channel, but advertising during 1000 Ways to Die and Manswers should bring in more possible new wrestling fans than Law and Order re-runs. MTV is owned by their parent company, so if they can advertise over there plenty of those sheep would be interested in TNA. With the show moving to 8, they can even advertise watching it before Jersey Shore and find a use for Robbie E.

The ratings has been down since Russo was fired. The logically booked storylines have driven away many fans. The people who wanted Russo's crazy shit and memorable moments every week and the feeling of being punished just for missing a single episode aren't as happy with Pritchard as us smarks are. I love Russo, but obviously with a filter. We don't need any more people getting kidnapped by ninjas.

One other point: How much does Ring Ka King generate for TNA? That thing must be drawing loads of money, so that may be the company's main focus.

I don't hate Crimson as I say his look could be very very marketable but he just hasn't stood out as much as I'd have liked yet. Although the promo he cut with Angle after Kurt won the belt was pretty good.

Man how ironic it'd be that TNA's demise came from Russo LEAVING.

I think it is safe to say that TNA isn't going to die anytime soon. If TNA could survive when they literally had NO money, they can survive now.

I think they should end all the feuds they have now at Slammiversary & start completely over. Show the viewers feuds that they maybe didn't get a chance to see (stuff from like 2006-2007) and push Styles as the John Cena of TNA. That's just my 2c -- I won't cry or be disappointed if they don't do it, but it would be cool.

I'm still unsure of how intertwined RKK & TNA are lol. That whole situation confuses me.

I doubt AJ could carry a brand similar to Cena tbh, he's great but lacks that drawing potential IMO similar case to Shawn. I still see potential in Storm to carry them for some reason although that Lock down attendance gave me less optimism.

I sort of buy into the theory that Nashville is still bitter with TNA for leaving the city for Orlando.

It was obviously a joke. I no way think TNA is dying. I simply said it'd be incredibly ironic if it started failing because of the Russo sacking, something many TNA fans called for if I remember rightly? Vince Russo, the guy who everyone loves to hate...

Anyway. I'd love Styles to be pushed as the Cena role, but I completely agree with Seabs. AJ I doubt would carry the brand into success. Seabs put it perfectly, he's pretty much the same as Shawn in that department.

I never thought Storm would draw and LockDown was a hint that he can't. I honestly can't name anyone who I think would be a big draw. Jeff Hardy maybe for obvious reasons. Mr Anderson I thought in an Austin type gimmick could but they've done that before and that failed. I think that's the one thing they lack.

They need to follow Vinces example if they want create a megastar and throw them everywhere possible. That's why Cena's and Miz's work rates are so underrated and huge assets. I can't think of anyone in TNA who would do a few media appearances and then wrestle a few times a week.

Agreed there. Miz regularly gets 3-6 hours sleep apparently. He's at every house show, most of the time cutting promos to get the crowd interested, then jobs. Before that he's advertising the house shows on X amount of radio's etc. Man he does more media than anyone, and not by a bit, by a country mile.

But it's done him the load of good. He's a star now. He draws when he appears, he's at loads of events which means even more exposure.

It's not like Miz has a choice and just decides to bust his ass because he's a company guy. If he weren't the WWE media whore he would not have made it in the business in all likelihood, or at least not have been the success story he has been.

Most of these guys don't have a choice, your man DZ for example if he didn't work on his wrestling skills he'd have probably gone the same way as Miz would have without his media work.

What a novelty; a guy having a job in WWE for his wrestling ability.

The scary thing is, even if you took away the sarcasm its still a valid point.
