As you said, inb4theyretoobig. They're too big. People don't say "Pro Wrestling" as much as they say "WWE". Like people say Kleenex instead of facial tissue. People know when "Monday Night Raw" and "Friday Night Smackdown" come on, butyou don't even know when "Impact Wrestling" comes on, Crayo. That's why we make the advertising point.
Spike TV isn't even available all across America, because when they became "TV for men" they drove away half of their viewers. That's why WWE left that channel, but advertising during 1000 Ways to Die and Manswers should bring in more possible new wrestling fans than Law and Order re-runs. MTV is owned by their parent company, so if they can advertise over there plenty of those sheep would be interested in TNA. With the show moving to 8, they can even advertise watching it before Jersey Shore and find a use for Robbie E.
The ratings has been down since Russo was fired. The logically booked storylines have driven away many fans. The people who wanted Russo's crazy shit and memorable moments every week and the feeling of being punished just for missing a single episode aren't as happy with Pritchard as us smarks are. I love Russo, but obviously with a filter. We don't need any more people getting kidnapped by ninjas.
One other point: How much does Ring Ka King generate for TNA? That thing must be drawing loads of money, so that may be the company's main focus.
