Bourne doesn't need to reach the ME to be considered to have had a good run in WWE... Multiple time US or IC champ, particularly away from Raw, would be a go-er (i.e Rey without the Eddie-Push).

^^^Or a run on smackdown where the wrestling is better and no 5 minute matches. People like bourne,swagger and carlito could benefit from being on the wrestling show. And people like r truth, batista and knox on raw who we dont care about if they are in a match for longer than 5 mins due to boredom.
