Well, I was always aware that wrestling was predetermined and shit, so my "mark" days were pretty much never checking anything else besides the actual shows airing and rarely WWE.com. That, along with being less critical with in-ring mechanics for lack of a better phrase. I would say for the most part my most fun watching wrestling was during those days but that was more because my dad actually watched Raw with me back then and Smackdown was just good stuff back then (think 2006, I loved the Kane/Taker vs. MVP/Kennedy feud for [the main] example). Also, my opinions on wrestlers never changed when I started paying attention to the business side or the background of wrestling.
So would I? Hell no! I can still enjoy wrestling as much as I did back then if the quality of the show is good enough to, like 2011 for The Summer Of Punk and post had some of my favorite stuff out of all my relatively short time of watching wrestling. Besides, I love discussing wrestling in an intelligent fashion in the booking/business side of things, with of course a pinch of personal bias (well, probably more than a pinch). I've actually had a ton of fond memories debating whether or not WWE is booking something correctly, or debating how WWE should book something; stuff like that. And I've enjoyed those just as much as some wrestling. Especially since debating wrestling booking is something I can do when WWE just generally isn't interesting me.
Plus, while getting into the more personal opinion discussions, top ten lists of say top high flyers or something like that, has lead me to go out of my way and check out those matches. I'm rambling on and on and I don't even think I'm articulating this very well so I'm going to wrap things up with a "no, I wouldn't want to be zapped by the MIB".
