i. I'd bring up stars such as Tyson Kidd by making him a cruiserweight champion. I'd make that division have a solid 10 members with the likes of Justin Gabriel, JTG, 3MB and others. These stars would have around 15-25 minutes air time to display their talents in a highly interesting match along with mic time in order to help develop their feuds into legitimate and entertaining ones.
ii. I'd get ride of the United States championship as it'd be pretty useless having it while having a cruiserweight championship. The IC championship would remain and I'd try legitimize it by having a solid IC base with stars such as Cody Rhodes, Shelton Benjamin, MVP, Wade Barrett, Damien Sandow, Antonio Cesaro, The Miz, Jack Swagger, etc. These stars would receive a lot of air time, too. They'd receive around 20-25 minutes air time which would help these stars develop their feud with the time they receive and actually add legitimacy to their gimmicks and the title.
iii. I'd rename the Diva's championship back to it's previous name with the look. I'd hire wrestlers that can actually wrestle while looking if they're fairly attractive that look and have the features of Torrie Wilson, Sable, Trish, Lita, Maria Kanellis, Candice Michelle, Ashley M, etc. This would certainly interest more people than it currently does. I'd also bring it back to the edgy stuff while keeping it PG.
iiii. I'd change the looks of the tag team title belts as they look like bronze pieces of metal on a strap. I'd hire a few tag-teams from the indies as they're really credible and they are promising then random tag-teams. Also, I'd make a comedy team and other teams with different interesting gimmicks.
iiiii. Keep the WHC on SmackDown and keep the WWE championship on RAW. I'd split the brand extension and revive SmackDown vs RAW for SS while making it interesting and not fillers. The 2005 is a prime example of how a feud as such should be developed as it was a really interesting one.
