If wwe stripped all of the champions now, who would you put as the champion and why? Do not go as it is now with dx as a stable and Jericho as tag champion etc. If wwe had to shake things up and start a fresh now how would you have the champions to kick off a new era so to speak. Keep the rosters as they are though
I would have it like this
WHC - Jericho he deserves it and going into the rumble possibly losing it to a returning edge or Taker its a nice time of the year to have a transitional champion. Jericho is better than a transitional champion, but he has a good start to 2010.
WWE title - Hbk Hell this guy deserves this title for still wrestling today. And his performances for the condition he and his back are in. He keeps the belt up until Wm 26 where he loses it to Kofi Kingston. The torch is passed. Kofi goes on through 2010 fighting Orton, cena,hhh etc and gaining the main event status and respect. Hbk retires at Wm26.
U.S title - The Miz He stays the U.S champion for me. Only to lose it to swagger at the rumble. The seeds were planted a few weeks back and these two fight into Wm 26 where they both will be in the MITB ladder match. Miz loses but still leavs Wm 26 as Us Champion and feuds with any up and comer calling himself the Self Destroyer.
IC title - Drew McIntyre This guy is being pushed rightly at the moment. With a bit of momentum he goes into Elimination chamber and loses the title to a rejuvenated face Dolph ziggler. They also go into Wm 26 MITB with a rivalry and a title between themselves.
Ecw Title - Regal This guy deserves his own brand title although its about as high as the U.S and IC titles. He beats christian and forces him out of ecw with his aligning with Tiffany but Shelton Benjamin takes out kozlov just to get to a power hungry Regal.
WWE Undisputed Tag team champions - Edge & Christian Edge returns and has a confrontation with Jericho but it only leads to Jericho saying he knew edge would come back and if Jericho was champion he could not get a title shot. So Edge teams up with a unsettled christian who just got kicked from ecw and signed up by teddy long on the blue brand. They beat the Hart Dynasty for the titles and fight them back and forth up until the rumble where they beat big show and Sheamus. Sheamus enters himself into the rumble after taking his loss out on edge and christian to Finlay and he takes his spot in the rumble.
Divas title - Maryse Maryse beats Melina for the title at the Rumble and she fights Fox,jillian,kelly kelly and melina beats them all again to retain her divas title. She then gets cocky and calls out Beth Phoenix from smackdown and challenges her to a Unified ultimate divas title at Wm 26 and loses it to miss phoenix
Womes title - Beth Phoenix This is a hot diva who deserves the title and she turns face and defeats Mccool for the title. She keeps the title up until Wm 26 When both the diva and women's title join as one Ultimate divas title where she defeats Maryse the Divas champion. To become the ultimate Divas champion.
