Where is my fireworks display and announcement ceremony?
This is lackluster arrival is lame.
Also what is with the whole forum rules acceptance with no forum rules?

The fireworks were delayed. They must be stuck in the postal system. The best I could do were sparklers but they weren't very impressive.

Not sure why the forum rules weren't shown at the start. You can find them if you go to the FAQ tab at the top of the forum. The whole forum is very relaxed though and so there aren't that many rules.
